Frequently asked questions
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event. For peak seasons (spring/fall weddings, holidays) 6–8 weeks is safer. That said, we accommodate last-minute and emergency rentals — see our rush rental page.
Every quote includes delivery to your venue, professional setup of all rental items, and pickup when your event ends. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests. Delivery fees are based on distance and order size.
Our minimum order is $150 before delivery. Most events comfortably exceed this — but if you need just a few items, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, and checks. Corporate clients and government agencies can request net-30 terms. A W-9 is available on request.
Normal wear is covered. For damage beyond normal use, we bill at replacement cost. We offer an optional Damage Waiver (a small percentage of your rental total) that covers most accidental damage — just let us know when booking.
Changes are welcome up to 7 days before delivery at no charge. Cancellations made more than 14 days out receive a full refund; inside 14 days, a 25% restocking fee applies. Full details are in your rental agreement.
