Strike Checklist & Notes (completed by Strike Lead)
□ Do NOT begin strike until client gives approval, or if the client is not on-site, wait untilt he room has cleared of all guests. If event has not been extended (check with client or venue in client’s absense) and there are still guest in space 30 minutes past designated strike time, start striking product furthest away from guests.
□ If requested by client or venue to wait to strike, make note before of strike wait time.
□ Before allowing crew to begin strike, do quick walkthrough of space to locate daqmaged product. Photograph and make note of any damaged product. Take close-up photos and photos showing product in event setting. Inform client of damage if on-site.
□ Use Pullsheet to check product into truck. Make note of any missing product on Strike Log.
